As soon as the approximate visa acquisition timeframe is determined, we will proceed with flight arrangements, airport pick-up coordination, and short-term accommodation arrangements, guiding the employee through each step.

When arranging housing through a corporate contract, employees can benefit from "remote viewings" while still overseas. This allows them to decide and finalize their accommodation before arrival, enabling them to move in on the day of arrival if desired. As a result, there is no need for arrangements for short-term stays. Additionally, we also handle the arrangement of leased furniture and appliances in such cases.

We offer a Family Plan to address such needs, so please let us know about any necessary procedures. Additionally, we provide interpreter services for accompanying employees' families to schools or hospitals.
